TIG Aesthetics Packout Insert

Purge plugs can be a hassle to keep organized on the road - until now! We designed these packout inserts to store a complete TIG Aesthetics kit with all sizes from 1.25" to 4", and holding 2 of each. This insert is what we personally use to store and transport our purge plugs.

Insert kit includes 2 trays, one upper and one lower. All plug cavities are labeled for their respective size. Lower tray has a small cubby at the bottom for consumable storage, as well as as a small insert for purge plug nipples.

Inserts are NOT designed to be left in the sun. On a hot day, the heat/UV can deform the insert. We print in PETG to pass some savings onto you, and PETG works fine for 90% of people. We do offer a HD version printed in ASA-CF that will outlast the packout itself for those that need it.
